Ewa Bakinowska Department of Mathematical and Statistical Methods, Agricultural University of Poznań,, Wojska Polskiego 28, 60-637 Poznań, Poland |
In the paper two generalized models, i.e. the log-linear with Poisson distribution and logistic model with multinomial distribution, are applied to the analysis of a real experiment concerning the grain contamination by grain weevils. The comparison of these two approaches as well as their theoretical backgrounds are also presented.
estimation, maximum likelihood method, least squares method, weighted least squares method.
