Simple lower bounds for A-, D-, E- and L-efficiency of some two-way elimination of heterogeneity designs are derived. The bounds are obtained for treatment effects on the basis of the eigenvalues of information matrix C with respect to the diagonal matrix R.

A-efficiency, D-efficiency; E-efficiency, L-efficiency, eigenvalues, information matrix, lower bound, two-way elimination of heterogeneity design.
